What is meta? ×
Meta Stack Exchange is where users like you discuss bugs, features, and support issues that affect the software powering all 131 Stack Exchange communities.

I got a downvote on a question which was shortly afterwards closed/deletd, but now it doesn't show on my reputation history tab.

Why is that?

Because the question was deleted. Eventually, your reputation will be recalc'ed, and the downvotes your received will be removed from your reputation score. –  Robert Harvey Aug 3 '11 at 19:14

go to stackoverflow.com/reputation and scroll to the bottom. Hit the reclac button. All will be well. –  staticx Aug 3 '11 at 19:25
