Meta Stack Exchange is where users like you discuss bugs, features, and support issues that affect the software powering all 158 Stack Exchange communities.

What is meta?
Here's how it works:
  1. Any Stack Exchange user can ask a question
  2. The community provides support, votes on ideas, and reports bugs
  3. Your voice helps shape the way Stack Exchange operates

There is a nice image manual to FAQ entry #howtoask, it would better to create new entry named #howtoacceptanswer and move there a part of #howtoask

Because people usually know how to lay down question, they can learn syntax of formatting question/answer, but sometimes not what to do if they got the right answer

and second, if pointing to how to accept answer, i use link but in that time, user who asks already knows how to literally ask

You can also use… as a link to show new users the process of accepting an answer. – jonsca Sep 6 '11 at 10:52
