Meta Stack Exchange is where users like you discuss bugs, features, and support issues that affect the software powering all 155 Stack Exchange communities.

What is meta?
Here's how it works:
  1. Any Stack Exchange user can ask a question
  2. The community provides support, votes on ideas, and reports bugs
  3. Your voice helps shape the way Stack Exchange operates

The tags [getters-setters] [getter-setter] are indistinguishable and one of them should go away.

Please note: [getter-setter] has only 9 questions and [getters-setters] has 135 questions. Contrary to these numbers I propose to merge the plural form into the singular form since that corresponds with the actual usage of term.

An nearly extreme form can be seen here where together with the [getter(s)] and [setter(s)] tags the tag limit is exceeded.
