I realize that RSS feeds are not really real-time, but recently I've noticed that some I'm subscribed to don't seem to arrive at all. Then, once in a fortnight or so, a bunch of questions arrive at the same time. Recently, about 20 of them.

Is there a reason for that? Is that expected behaviour?

Which tags? (if you don't mind saying) –  Bill the Lizard Sep 28 '11 at 22:14

@BilltheLizard - Not at all. In this case it was a feed with fortran,fortran77,gfortran,fortran90 tags. I also have a problem with "matlab" tag appearing in bulk from time to time. –  Rook Sep 28 '11 at 23:06

I'll subscribe to those in Google Reader and see if I can notice anything weird. –  Bill the Lizard Sep 29 '11 at 12:47
