Meta Stack Exchange is where users like you discuss bugs, features, and support issues that affect the software powering all 158 Stack Exchange communities.

What is meta?
Here's how it works:
  1. Any Stack Exchange user can ask a question
  2. The community provides support, votes on ideas, and reports bugs
  3. Your voice helps shape the way Stack Exchange operates

The Community user flagged one of the moderator nominations for having more than 20 comments in the past 3 days.

Flagged Nomination

I know the flag is technically true and we can just dismiss it, but all the nominations are bound to get more than 20 comments. Can we have Community stop doing that?

It makes sense for questions and answers but not nominations. +1 – uɐɯsO uɐɥʇɐN Nov 8 '11 at 3:10
Also note the alluring "delete post" button, an option which does not appear on the nominations page. We could wreak some havoc with that. It's a good thing you trust us! :) – Bill the Lizard Nov 8 '11 at 3:13
Do they really need those comments? Most are "you have my vote, yay memez0r" crap :P – Matthew Read Nov 8 '11 at 3:22

I like how it says "answered 4 hours ago" in the mod queue, as well as how egregiously off-topic the first paragraph of my post is, making that "delete post" button so much more tempting :D – BoltClock's a Unicorn Nov 8 '11 at 4:02

Trivial fix, will be there in the next deploy
