Meta Stack Exchange is where users like you discuss bugs, features, and support issues that affect the software powering all 157 Stack Exchange communities.

What is meta?
Here's how it works:
  1. Any Stack Exchange user can ask a question
  2. The community provides support, votes on ideas, and reports bugs
  3. Your voice helps shape the way Stack Exchange operates

There are accounts that present spam in their user profile and have no single post.

Two examples:

Obviously their only goal by creating the accounts was to gain Google rank - quick test proved their profile is indexed.

So, should I report them all here? (Can't flag as they have no post)

Or is there any better mechanism?

Some more if you want to hunt..

possible duplicate of Is spam in the "about me" field a reason to worry? – a cat Nov 20 '11 at 12:08
@lunboks thanks, completely forgot about this one! However, see many spam accounts there that were never nuked.. – Shadow Wizard Nov 20 '11 at 12:49
There are a few more obvious ones if you search for www on the users page. – hammar Nov 20 '11 at 13:30

There have previously been topics on meta about how to handle spam users, you might want to read this and this.

With them having no posts at this very moment it's impossible to actually flag anything, but at the same time their spam isn't quite as effective. Based on a bit more looking around on meta I would suggest adding the accounts to this question potentially as it already contains a rather big list of other spam accounts and keeps everything in one clear place for the moderators / staff.

No, I can't flag them as we don't have "flag profile" option (yet) - if you can find existing question with list such as I've made it would fit though, I couldn't find. – Shadow Wizard Nov 20 '11 at 11:49
@ShadowWizard Ah, true - i've updated my answer. – J. Kommer Nov 20 '11 at 11:52
Thanks.. flagging accounts already suggested and declined – Shadow Wizard Nov 20 '11 at 11:57
@ShadowWizard That answer mentions emailing, might be worth a go? – J. Kommer Nov 20 '11 at 11:59
Maybe, better someone from the team come over and say what they prefer. :) – Shadow Wizard Nov 20 '11 at 12:00
@ShadowWizard found another meta article (see the link in the answer) which already has a huge list of spam accounts + has jeff answering. – J. Kommer Nov 20 '11 at 12:25
Oops didn't see lunboks' comment! – J. Kommer Nov 20 '11 at 12:36
Yeah, that was what I was looking for but looks like it either lost the moderators attention, or they decided not to delete such accounts after all. – Shadow Wizard Nov 20 '11 at 12:50
@ShadowWizard It's actually possible to flag such profile, it's just not convenient. You can always flag your own post with "other" and leave a link to the profile URL and explain. – HoLyVieR Nov 20 '11 at 16:03
@HoLyVieR too confusing IMO - better post it here, don't you agree? :) – Shadow Wizard Nov 20 '11 at 20:22
@ShadowWizard It's not that bad, I've done it once and there wasn't a problem as far as I know. – HoLyVieR Nov 20 '11 at 20:29
