Meta Stack Exchange is where users like you discuss bugs, features, and support issues that affect the software powering all 158 Stack Exchange communities.

What is meta?
Here's how it works:
  1. Any Stack Exchange user can ask a question
  2. The community provides support, votes on ideas, and reports bugs
  3. Your voice helps shape the way Stack Exchange operates

I've noticed that I'm having problems with clicking on common things such as login, looking at the comment list (top left). Up and down votes. Pasting hyperlinks etc.

This has only started happening since Tuesday.

I have this happening on 2 different PCs one using IE at work, and one at home where I use chrome.

The one at home as Ad block but it's disabled for SE sites, while the one at work has nothing of the sort.

I'm sure it's my fault - but I would like to rule out any site javascript type changes.

Just noticed that I don't get auto complete on the tags. But when I clicked on 'Popular Tags' I was able to select one and now it's back.

It's ever changing, evermore. There was a jQuery update which which might not be aligned with the other downloaded content (or it could be something else entirely) - Chrome has schizophrenic caching, so you might want to try anywhere between 10-25 hard refreshes. – Grant Thomas Jan 12 '12 at 8:58
it's taken ages to be able to comment :-) I'm only getting this behaviour on SE sites. Can you suggest anything I could look at to investigate this please? – Preet Sangha Jan 12 '12 at 10:09
