Meta Stack Exchange is where users like you discuss bugs, features, and support issues that affect the software powering all 158 Stack Exchange communities.

What is meta?
Here's how it works:
  1. Any Stack Exchange user can ask a question
  2. The community provides support, votes on ideas, and reports bugs
  3. Your voice helps shape the way Stack Exchange operates

There is a link saying "mobile" at the bottom of stackoverflow page. The link is not working. It is just showing "about" page. Could anyone confirm this.

Certain pages on our sites don't have a mobile equivalent - the FAQ is one of those.

Click on the home page after clicking on mobile and you'll see what is intended for mobile devices.

As Jarrod points out, other pages don't have a mobile theme. It looks like these include chat, about, faq, blog, and legal.
