Meta Stack Exchange is where users like you discuss bugs, features, and support issues that affect the software powering all 158 Stack Exchange communities.

What is meta?
Here's how it works:
  1. Any Stack Exchange user can ask a question
  2. The community provides support, votes on ideas, and reports bugs
  3. Your voice helps shape the way Stack Exchange operates

Is there a feature in Stack Exchange that will allow me to receive an email notification when someone comments on my question or answer, or answers my question?

The email notifications option has been moved, from the multicollider to your profile. In order to reach it:

  1. Go to your profile by clicking on your username at the top of the page.
  2. Choose Preferences. You'll find it near your About me.

It's some kind of hidden place. I spent some time to figure out where are the email settings. – Kostanos May 28 '13 at 4:21
I can't see the email settings link. Has it been moved? – SHC Oct 11 '13 at 8:51
@Chris Uh, yes. I'll update the answer, thanks. :) – Alenanno Oct 11 '13 at 10:08
