Meta Stack Exchange is where users like you discuss bugs, features, and support issues that affect the software powering all 155 Stack Exchange communities.

What is meta?
Here's how it works:
  1. Any Stack Exchange user can ask a question
  2. The community provides support, votes on ideas, and reports bugs
  3. Your voice helps shape the way Stack Exchange operates

If you look at the reputation events of a user, and try to expand a post, you'll get an "Error occurred when loading post body" message, probably because the URL that is being polled returns 404.

EDIT: It seems that this was fixed.

Who voted to close this? How can this be duplicate of another one which didn't exist? – Martin. Feb 28 '12 at 18:26

That one has since been closed as a duplicate of this one. Ignore the close vote, it's not longer applicable. – Cody Gray Feb 28 '12 at 18:32
