Meta Stack Exchange is where users like you discuss bugs, features, and support issues that affect the software powering all 157 Stack Exchange communities.

What is meta?
Here's how it works:
  1. Any Stack Exchange user can ask a question
  2. The community provides support, votes on ideas, and reports bugs
  3. Your voice helps shape the way Stack Exchange operates

On the IT Security Stack Exchange Blog, the About page says:

This is the (currently) unofficial blog for the IT Security Stack Exchange site.

Other BlogOverflow sites either do not appear to have an About page at all, or have a similar message. The only exception I've seen so far is the one for English Language & Usage. Theirs neither specifies official nor unofficial.

The IT Security Stack Exchange website has been out of beta for 8 months now. The blog is just slightly older.

At what point can we remove the "(currently) unofficial" note from our About page, and/or replace it with "official"?

Fixed that for you! Hopefully my wording meets with SEI approval :-) – Rory Alsop Mar 16 '12 at 15:14
@RoryAlsop Thanks. I was about to edit it myself earlier, but figured I should ask for SEI's blessing first. – Iszi Mar 16 '12 at 15:58
