Meta Stack Exchange is where users like you discuss bugs, features, and support issues that affect the software powering all 158 Stack Exchange communities.

What is meta?
Here's how it works:
  1. Any Stack Exchange user can ask a question
  2. The community provides support, votes on ideas, and reports bugs
  3. Your voice helps shape the way Stack Exchange operates

I've recently saw the flagged posts section in the chat, it told me there were flagged posts. When I got there, there were only 3.

This means that there were 15 flags, not 15 flagged posts, which is a big difference!

In that case, shouldn't I be able to see how many flags were on each post? – Madara Uchiha Apr 13 '12 at 11:37
@Truth It could be shown, but I don't think it is necessary. You can open feature-request – Martin. Apr 13 '12 at 11:39
I mean, that would have saved the confusion... – Madara Uchiha Apr 13 '12 at 11:42
@Truth And you should know that chat flags are cleared rapidly, due to the very large amount of users with 10K net rep (+all mods), it's not uncommon to see a (cached) n flags without any flags at all. – Yannis Apr 13 '12 at 11:49
