Meta Stack Exchange is where users like you discuss bugs, features, and support issues that affect the software powering all 158 Stack Exchange communities.

What is meta?
Here's how it works:
  1. Any Stack Exchange user can ask a question
  2. The community provides support, votes on ideas, and reports bugs
  3. Your voice helps shape the way Stack Exchange operates

I thought that the "Community Bulletin" was deployed on all the sites, but I see that English Language & Usage is still using the old block.

Is this intentional, or does the block need to be enabled on every single site?

According to Laura, it's not deployed everywhere yet. A network-wide rollout will occur within 6–8 weeks. – Cody Gray Apr 29 '12 at 10:56
