Meta Stack Exchange is where users like you discuss bugs, features, and support issues that affect the software powering all 158 Stack Exchange communities.

What is meta?
Here's how it works:
  1. Any Stack Exchange user can ask a question
  2. The community provides support, votes on ideas, and reports bugs
  3. Your voice helps shape the way Stack Exchange operates

I'm from a developing nation where Internet connection is of rather poor standards. But the captcha verification is of a poorer standard. I have a 32kBps connection.

The connection is pretty okay I guess. Yet when I click on the really impressive "I'm a human being" button, it keeps loading forever. I have checked with firefox and chromium and I'm running Ubuntu 12.04 LTS. Any chance that this will get fixed?

Edit : seems like it will work if I press on the reload button of the captcha and type in the new one. Weird!

This sounds like a problem with ReCAPTCHA rather than SO, doesn't it? Can you try another site that uses the service to see whether they have the same problem? – Pëkka May 13 '12 at 18:42

@Pekka good idea – Binoy Babu May 14 '12 at 0:20
