Meta Stack Exchange is where users like you discuss bugs, features, and support issues that affect the software powering all 158 Stack Exchange communities.

What is meta?
Here's how it works:
  1. Any Stack Exchange user can ask a question
  2. The community provides support, votes on ideas, and reports bugs
  3. Your voice helps shape the way Stack Exchange operates

I found a design issue on Stack Overflow's login page. Please check this image:

I am using Opera 11.60.

Update: The layout is also broken in Opera 12.14.

A page renders incorrectly in Opera?! Well, I'm speechless. – Cody Gray May 25 '12 at 9:21
No repro IE 9. Lol. – Won't May 25 '12 at 11:54
Same issue with Opera 12.11. – alex_reader Nov 28 '12 at 15:36
Reproduced with Opera 12.14 in Windows 7, have to refresh (Ctrl+R) a few times to see the problem. The inputs with class=actual-edit-overlay seems to stay above the text "Sign in with your StackExchange account". – Pang Feb 10 '13 at 11:35
It's fine on 12.00 though – random Feb 10 '13 at 14:52
@random: Actually it worked in 12.14 just now. However, as Pang already noticed, the error seems to happen randomly. – Zeta Feb 10 '13 at 17:21
With the upcoming change of Opera's internal rendering engine (Presto --> Webkit) I believe this is not really a concern any more. – Zeta Feb 15 '13 at 13:01
