I have read the question Windows8 metro: HeaderMenu and a comment reminding that the tags and are excluding them. What the poster means - I think - are the design principals behind metro and not a metro-ui implementation. Maybe there should be a for the design idea (which doesn't necessarily need to be used on Windows 8 only)?

Edit: Maybe should be renamed to or instead we may use

I think the tag you're looking for is [winrt]. –  Robert Harvey Jun 6 '12 at 16:05

WinRT is the windows runtime which isn't directly related to how application look like. It is not exclusive to Metro applications, it can be used on desktop apps as well, so, I do not think WinRT is a proper synonym. –  Sascha Jun 6 '12 at 16:06

Well, [metro-style-app] is already synonymized to [metro-ui]. Looks like metro-ui is already the master tag. I think [metro-ui] is suitable for all the permutations you've described. Given that the question you cited is NaRQ, I'm inclined to attribute this to user error. –  Robert Harvey Jun 6 '12 at 16:08
