Meta Stack Exchange is where users like you discuss bugs, features, and support issues that affect the software powering all 158 Stack Exchange communities.

What is meta?
Here's how it works:
  1. Any Stack Exchange user can ask a question
  2. The community provides support, votes on ideas, and reports bugs
  3. Your voice helps shape the way Stack Exchange operates

Is it possible to get the site logos in printable quality or in vector graphics?

I would email the team (Contact Us link at the bottom of the page) and explain why you need them.

Well, there are always the originals from the SO, SF, and SU logo competitions. I don't know if anyone but the original logo creators have a higher-res version.

Would they be allowed to give it away? I don't think they would, but I'm no IP lawyer. – balpha Aug 10 '09 at 18:50
Using a logo can be considered fair use depending on how it's used. – Ian Elliott Aug 10 '09 at 19:09
Most things on the site are Creative Commons, but you would need to ensure that the logos were. – EBGreen Aug 10 '09 at 19:10
I wasn't asking if it was allowed for the OP to use the logo, but if the designer is allowed to give it to him. – balpha Aug 10 '09 at 19:32
