Meta Stack Exchange is where users like you discuss bugs, features, and support issues that affect the software powering all 153 Stack Exchange communities.

What is meta?
Here's how it works:
  1. Any Stack Exchange user can ask a question
  2. The community provides support, votes on ideas, and reports bugs
  3. Your voice helps shape the way Stack Exchange operates

I presume the answer to this must be no, but I thought I'd ask seeing as there is a tag, but I guess that must relate to software not to graphics. If that's the case then where would be the best place to ask?

No, you can't.

Licensing of photographs is off topic. Not a programming question.

photography may be appropriate, but don't post before reading their FAQ.

Thanks. Seems like they have licensing questions there. Looks like a runner. – byronyasgur Jun 21 '12 at 21:17
