Meta Stack Exchange is where users like you discuss bugs, features, and support issues that affect the software powering all 155 Stack Exchange communities.

What is meta?
Here's how it works:
  1. Any Stack Exchange user can ask a question
  2. The community provides support, votes on ideas, and reports bugs
  3. Your voice helps shape the way Stack Exchange operates

I was adding a feed bot to the French Language & Usage chat room that would feed all questions from Travel Stack Exchange that are about French-speaking locales.

(I'm not 100% sure this particular feed is a good idea, but that's a topic for FL&U Meta, not here.)

Oops! Something Bad Happened!

Trimming the URL down a little (no harm done for now, I removed tags that don't exist yet) made it go through. It looks like there's a 250 character limit for the URL.

Please provide a clear error message, and increase the limit.
