Meta Stack Exchange is where users like you discuss bugs, features, and support issues that affect the software powering all 153 Stack Exchange communities.

What is meta?
Here's how it works:
  1. Any Stack Exchange user can ask a question
  2. The community provides support, votes on ideas, and reports bugs
  3. Your voice helps shape the way Stack Exchange operates

Is there any way to query the StackExchange's databases ?

I would for example like to know :

  • how many users have subscribed to the Photography site
  • what is the average number of SE websites users from a given region of the world have subscribed to
  • the distribution of "reputation" for all SE users

Thanks but here is what I see at the aforementioned address : "Stack Exchange is currently offline, we'll be back shortly!" – Skippy Fastol Jul 10 '12 at 16:46

I had initially linked to the https:// URL, then corrected it quickly. You were indeed unlucky. – Martijn Pieters Jul 10 '12 at 18:32
