What is meta?
Here's how it works:

Can we burn all forms of the tag? Its too vague of a term.

I think we should merge them instead of burninating them. – Anish Gupta Aug 2 '12 at 15:01
@AnishGupta - its too vague. – Daniel A. White Aug 2 '12 at 15:11
restrict could make sense for C questions, though. restrict is quite specific there. – Daniel Fischer Aug 2 '12 at 15:12
@Daniel At least restriction and restrictions should be merged. – Anish Gupta Aug 2 '12 at 15:12
@Anish Yes. Clarified that specifically restrict may be a legitimate tag. Not sure, though, it's probably too narrow for a tag. – Daniel Fischer Aug 2 '12 at 15:14
all - why don't we mark the c ones as qualifier-restrict – Daniel A. White Aug 2 '12 at 15:23
Hmm, I'd prefer restrict-qualifier, reads better. – Daniel Fischer Aug 2 '12 at 15:25
I went ahead and retagged the C and C++ (and Cuda) questions about the restrict keyword with restrict-qualifier. Browsing through the remaining restrict questions, I don't see any remaining language-specific feature-related uses. – Mat Aug 2 '12 at 18:34
then let it burn! – Daniel A. White Aug 2 '12 at 20:12
