Meta Stack Exchange is where users like you discuss bugs, features, and support issues that affect the software powering all 153 Stack Exchange communities.

What is meta?
Here's how it works:
  1. Any Stack Exchange user can ask a question
  2. The community provides support, votes on ideas, and reports bugs
  3. Your voice helps shape the way Stack Exchange operates

I was quite surprised to discover that the on SO is still allowed. We should probably stop this.

That tag is a joke – Ben Brocka Aug 14 '12 at 13:07

If it is not used by a certain number of questions over a period of time, it will silently be removed from SO.

I wouldn't be too worried, just edit that question and remove the tag.

The main problem is that it keeps coming back. The whole point of blacklisting a tag is to prevent it from coming back, so that we don't have to keep getting rid of tags that we clearly don't want. – Nicol Bolas Aug 14 '12 at 13:08
