Meta Stack Exchange is where users like you discuss bugs, features, and support issues that affect the software powering all 158 Stack Exchange communities.

What is meta?
Here's how it works:
  1. Any Stack Exchange user can ask a question
  2. The community provides support, votes on ideas, and reports bugs
  3. Your voice helps shape the way Stack Exchange operates

Often, when I'm reading a new question, I get a banner:

I click the banner to read the answer, and get this screen:

The banner with the number of answers appears on two lines. Also, I don't get the tabs active oldest votes. These normally appear in the bar even when there is only one answer, but not when there are none.

When I refresh the page, I get the correct banner with the tabs:

I now get this banner when I click the banner:

All it says is 1. It does not say answer anywhere.
