What is meta? ×
Meta Stack Exchange is where users like you discuss bugs, features, and support issues that affect the software powering all 150 Stack Exchange communities.

The tag isn't serving much of a purpose, and appears to be a meta tag. It definitely couldn't survive as the only tag on a question (as that question would be outrageously off-topic), hence this request.
