Meta Stack Exchange is where users like you discuss bugs, features, and support issues that affect the software powering all 158 Stack Exchange communities.

What is meta?
Here's how it works:
  1. Any Stack Exchange user can ask a question
  2. The community provides support, votes on ideas, and reports bugs
  3. Your voice helps shape the way Stack Exchange operates

Looking at this approved edit, I see the title of the question is "How to get questions belonging to particular tags"; that is the title suggested in a successive approved edit, not the title the question had when the first edit was suggested.

Should not the question title shown for an approved/rejected edit reflect the title when the edit was suggested?

first suggested edit

second suggested edit

The suggested edits have been approved 4 minutes one before the other; it is not a problem of two suggested edits being approved too close to each other.

The suggested edits are for How to get questions belonging to particular tags. The revision page shows the following.
