You seem to have accepted as correct the incomplete answer, as according to the second one, it would be "space", while tab would scroll through. – Dani Springer Nov 15 '15 at 20:54

Yes. Just press the Tab key.

Yes, the Tab key will cycle through potential targets. You can hit Space to accept. When there are multiple possible targets, you can Tab until the right one has been highlighted in bold:
