Meta Stack Exchange is where users like you discuss bugs, features, and support issues that affect the software powering all 157 Stack Exchange communities.

What is meta?
Here's how it works:
  1. Any Stack Exchange user can ask a question
  2. The community provides support, votes on ideas, and reports bugs
  3. Your voice helps shape the way Stack Exchange operates

I had my question Getting the text from a dialog box that does not use a label control? closed due to being to narrow. I have significantly edited my question to make it a lot more broad.

Please take a look and if you think it is acceptable, vote to re-open.

@GeorgeStocker I am glad I can go back to the old source revisions of my question. If I had lost all that I typed up in to Solution when you deleted it without moving it to a answer I would have been royally pissed. I had every intention of moving it to a answer, but I could not due to my question being closed. – Scott Chamberlain Sep 26 '12 at 20:32
@ScottChamberlain I wouldn't have deleted it otherwise. – George Stocker Sep 26 '12 at 20:42
