Meta Stack Exchange is where users like you discuss bugs, features, and support issues that affect the software powering all 158 Stack Exchange communities.

What is meta?
Here's how it works:
  1. Any Stack Exchange user can ask a question
  2. The community provides support, votes on ideas, and reports bugs
  3. Your voice helps shape the way Stack Exchange operates

If a question is closed for being a duplicate, how do you find the duplicate question?

The duplicate will be linked inside the "closed as duplicate" message. – Bart Nov 5 '12 at 16:44
Highly related / possible duplicate… – ben is uǝq backwards Nov 5 '12 at 16:50

Not a dumb question, as several seem to think. The great big text warning that the question is a duplicate does not hold the link. You can find the link at the top of the question, next to the up/down arrows for the question.

The link is circled in green. Your eyes are pulled to where there is not a link, in red.

How is this different from the answer posted 4 months ago? – Michael Mrozek Mar 16 '13 at 0:59

If a question is closed as a duplicate, the respective other question is shown at the top like in this example:
