I just reviewed a first post that was very bad. So I flagged it. Then, I got to review that very same post in the low-quality review queue - only to suggest its deletion.

Is this the way it should happen? It looks a bit complex to me. (Edit) That is, I see the same posting twice in a very short period.

Closed questions can be reopened by the community - this can happen if the post is improved. And deleted posts can be undeleted too... – Oded Dec 18 '12 at 20:19
Sounds more like an answer than a question. If you have enough rep, you can delete any answer with a negative score. – Charles Dec 18 '12 at 20:35
Why complex? Users can't delete a post before it's closed. So the cycle for bad post is close then delete. – Shadow Wizard Dec 18 '12 at 21:14
@ShaWizDowArd: Because I get to see the very same post in a very short period twice. – false Dec 18 '12 at 21:26

If a new user post a low quality answers to an old question, it can appear in three queue's. (4 if it has close votes). – Toon Krijthe Dec 18 '12 at 21:58
