Meta Stack Exchange is where users like you discuss bugs, features, and support issues that affect the software powering all 158 Stack Exchange communities.

What is meta?
Here's how it works:
  1. Any Stack Exchange user can ask a question
  2. The community provides support, votes on ideas, and reports bugs
  3. Your voice helps shape the way Stack Exchange operates

I asked a question here and users with enough reputation points have closed it for Possible Duplicate here. Given that the questions are different and so is the answer, the only thing they have in common is the vague error message.

I read the answers posted on the existing post but could not implement them since they are not applicable. In my case there is no file that I could call through localhost url !!

It is a bit frustrating :)

This question appears to be off-topic. The users who voted to close gave this specific reason:

  • "The problem described here can no longer be reproduced. Changes to the system or to the circumstances affecting the asker have rendered it obsolete. If you encounter a similar problem, please post a new question." – Martijn Pieters, nicael, gnat, Shadow Wizard, CRABOLO
If this question can be reworded to fit the rules in the help center, please edit the question.

Just to correct some terminology - the question was closed by 5 other users with enough reputation to cast close votes. No "administrators" or moderators were involved. – Oded Dec 27 '12 at 12:34
And I agree - the question and answers are different. – Oded Dec 27 '12 at 12:35
I have edited the term "administrators" to "users with enough reputation points". Thank you – wael34218 Dec 27 '12 at 12:39
Your question is reopened now. I did not read the question, so I'm not implying you did do this, but to avoid such situations it is important to provide as much (relevant) information as possible. – Felix Dec 27 '12 at 12:43
Problem is that once one user vote to close others can see it in the moderation tools and sometimes they just follow the first user's lead without really checking for themselves. – Shadow Wizard Dec 27 '12 at 12:45
Thank you so much guys! I will make question titles much more accurate in the future. – wael34218 Dec 27 '12 at 12:47
