Meta Stack Exchange is where users like you discuss bugs, features, and support issues that affect the software powering all 158 Stack Exchange communities.

What is meta?
Here's how it works:
  1. Any Stack Exchange user can ask a question
  2. The community provides support, votes on ideas, and reports bugs
  3. Your voice helps shape the way Stack Exchange operates

When I read stackoverflow questions, most of them are out of my capacity.

It would be great to create a menu that would show questions that have the same keywords like the ones that are included in my comments, answers and questions.

True, more than that: you can hide questions having ignored tag. (User profile --> "prefs" --> "hide ignored tags") – Shadow Wizard Jan 2 '13 at 8:06
