He has got 23k in 3 months . how can he get that

As another part of the mystery.... 110 days means they're only 1000-odd above the rep-cap level, which is pretty reasonable to get from accepted answers, bounties, etc. – Marc Gravell Jan 7 '13 at 7:48

Accepted answers and bounties can cause it to go over 200 in a day.
