Is my meta-content and tone in this answer (instructing how/how not to use SO) up to community standards?
What is meta?
- Any Stack Exchange user can ask a question
- The community provides support, votes on ideas, and reports bugs
- Your voice helps shape the way Stack Exchange operates

This question is unlikely to help any future visitors; it is only relevant to a small geographic area, a specific moment in time, or an extraordinarily narrow situation that is not generally applicable to the worldwide audience of the internet. For help making this question more broadly applicable, visit the help center. If this question can be reworded to fit the rules in the help center, please edit the question.
The 2nd and 3rd paragraphs are not really answer content. Also, the 2nd paragraph, while perhaps accurate, may have been too harsh given this is the user's first question.
The community recommendation is to remove the non-answer content (reposting the 3rd paragraph as a comment, perhaps).
