How in hell did this get migrated here instead of being deleted on the spot? –  Frédéric Hamidi Jan 8 '13 at 22:18

@FrédéricHamidi Why would it get deleted? It's a naive question, but certainly on-topic for meta. –  Anna Lear Jan 8 '13 at 22:19

@AnnaLear Certainly this has been asked before on meta though. –  Josh Mein Jan 8 '13 at 22:20

As I'm on the list I would like to add that I did not vote to migrate, even though it is on-topic for meta... please don't kill me :-). –  ben is uǝq backwards Jan 8 '13 at 22:21

@FrédéricHamidi Yep. The question actually is original. The attempt to ask a programming question in comments was amusing. :) –  Anna Lear Jan 8 '13 at 22:21

There are mainly following ways you can increase your reputations.

  1. Write sensible answer to the question that you know of.

  2. Post sensible question.

  3. Engage in editing posts to make them better. Like Formatting code snippet, correct spelling/ grammatical errors.
