It looks like revisions 3 and 2 in this answer's revision history are switched.

From discussing the apparent anomaly with @Rapptz (the author of one of the edits), he confirms that his edit was an "Improve" from the suggestion of @Anusha. The revisions have identical seconds-resolution timestamps as a result.

The review history confirms that this occurs and that there should be nothing left to do on the answer; however, the revision history implies that there is still a suggested edit left to review.

+1. It happened to me too. I edited this suggested edit. But in revision history it shows me as second editor (that is wrong). But in the post it show as edited by me (that is correct) –  hims056 Jan 22 '13 at 4:26
