Meta Stack Exchange is where users like you discuss bugs, features, and support issues that affect the software powering all 158 Stack Exchange communities.

What is meta?
Here's how it works:
  1. Any Stack Exchange user can ask a question
  2. The community provides support, votes on ideas, and reports bugs
  3. Your voice helps shape the way Stack Exchange operates

Accessing the inbox by clicking on the Stack Exchange icon at the top of the page appears to be broken at the moment (it shows an empty inbox, even if there are updates).

Is there some other way to access the inbox?

OS? Browser? Does a hard refresh help? It works fine for me on XP w/ Firefox. – yhw42 Feb 10 '13 at 2:54
Works fine for me, Chrome / Win 7. – Al E. Feb 10 '13 at 3:10
I'm running Firefox / Win 7 and I am NOT getting the inbox to load anything, so I am having a similar issue as the OP. – ScottS Feb 10 '13 at 3:11
It does not work for me and I am using Chrome on Win 7. – Josh Mein Feb 10 '13 at 3:12

I'm having the same problem. – Keith Thompson Feb 10 '13 at 5:32
I had the same problem with Firefox on Linux. Luckily, it seems to be solved now: I can access my inbox normally again. – Izzy Feb 10 '13 at 13:48

You can access your global inbox through your network profile (look for the "inbox" tab).
