The reputation for Today is different for me when it is shown on mouse over popup display and the actual as it is found in the following image:

enter image description here

Is there any specific reason for this difference?

EDIT: In the same popup, the split of the reputation are listing all the gains made today correctly.

Well, 12 is almost 127 :) –  Jack Feb 20 '13 at 14:45

It is actually 127. It is showing 12 as wrong. Speaking more clear, that 12 is reputation gain on upvotes. Other 115 is by Assosication Bonus (100) and Answer Approved Reputation (15). –  RinoTom Feb 20 '13 at 14:49

I wonder if it could be CSS related, could you inspect the "12" and see if its perhaps a clipped off "127"? –  Jack Feb 20 '13 at 14:54

I am pretty sure association bonus is not included in the reputation counts you are referring too, and depending on the timing, the accept might not be included yet as that view tends to be cached. –  Josh Mein Feb 20 '13 at 14:54

@JoshMein, in that case what happens to the 15 on Answer Approved Reputation. That is missing too. –  RinoTom Feb 20 '13 at 14:57

You did not read the end of my comment: "the accept might not be included yet as that view tends to be cached". –  Josh Mein Feb 20 '13 at 14:57

@JoshMein, sorry for the quick reply. The cache will stay for hours I hope. This was observed for around 2 hrs and I am posting it after that. I tried many browser close and reopen as well. So it proves to be not a client level or server level caching I guess. –  RinoTom Feb 20 '13 at 15:00

If the dropdown value doesn't update after a few minutes, it's not caching, probably, since that is cached only for a short time. Could it be that you lost 15 points due to an unaccept or a deleted post? –  Daniel Fischer Feb 20 '13 at 15:03

The points are still valid and available right at the moment as well. It can be verified from my SO User page even now. –  RinoTom Feb 20 '13 at 15:04
