Meta Stack Exchange is where users like you discuss bugs, features, and support issues that affect the software powering all 158 Stack Exchange communities.

What is meta?
Here's how it works:
  1. Any Stack Exchange user can ask a question
  2. The community provides support, votes on ideas, and reports bugs
  3. Your voice helps shape the way Stack Exchange operates

When I try to ask a question in the regular site, I get an error message somewhere at the top of the page. Unfortunately, the error box appears for a few milliseconds and is barely there long enough to notice it and not nearly long enough to read it.

How can I find out what the error message is so I can fix it and submit my question?

Sorry, I should have specified that. IE9 on Windows 7 – dtaylor Feb 21 '13 at 16:03

Nobody here can reproduce it, but we're still working on it – Jeremy T Feb 21 '13 at 18:16

I'll assume this has been fixed. As a side note, we don't support this version of IE.
