Just wanted to find out what happens when someone is blacklisted or has a post-ban. Is it only their login that is blacklisted or also their IP address?

What do you mean by blacklisted? Someone who has a post-ban? –  Bart Feb 24 '13 at 1:13

We're unlikely to get detailed information about this because it might help banned people to circumvent the ban. –  Pëkka Feb 24 '13 at 1:23

Presumably the IP (and possibly email address) gets a permanent ban. But I doubt anyone will want to answer this because of what @Pekka suggested. –  ElfSlice Feb 24 '13 at 2:38
