Meta Stack Exchange is where users like you discuss bugs, features, and support issues that affect the software powering all 158 Stack Exchange communities.

What is meta?
Here's how it works:
  1. Any Stack Exchange user can ask a question
  2. The community provides support, votes on ideas, and reports bugs
  3. Your voice helps shape the way Stack Exchange operates

This question has been asked before and already has an answer. If those answers do not fully address your question, please ask a new question.

Because the question asked will have to fall in at least one of those categories. – Bart Feb 26 '13 at 20:39
Well if it's not a discussion, bug, support or feature request, what is it? – LittleBobbyTables Feb 26 '13 at 20:39
And OT, but useful: How do I participate in Meta Stack Overflow and not die trying? – Bart Feb 26 '13 at 20:41
its a question with many tags if i want choose , not taht i must use one of those. – user998158 Feb 26 '13 at 20:41
You must choose one of those, because a Meta question will have to be a discussion, feature request, bug report or support question. It's as simple as that. – Bart Feb 26 '13 at 20:43
ok thx for the answer – user998158 Feb 26 '13 at 20:44
Were you by any chance trying to ask a programming question here on MSO? ;) – ThiefMaster Feb 26 '13 at 20:55

Taken from the About page:

How do I use this site?

Any other question will simply be off topic.
