What is meta? ×
Meta Stack Exchange is where users like you discuss bugs, features, and support issues that affect the software powering all 150 Stack Exchange communities.

I was thinking that there should be usb-host, usb-accessory, and android-open-accessory tags added. Now the first two are not necessarily just for Android but the last is for sure. Now clearly I am no where near able to propose these new tags but thought it might be good to have them around. I could be totally off with these but I think they could really help. Thoughts?

@juergend I don't understand...? I am still very new to SO and have been working with Android Open Accessory(AOA) and thought these might be useful tags for that area. – TronicZomB Mar 3 '13 at 2:12
Tags that are not used will be removed. So tags normally get introduced by users with enough reputation that add new tags to their questions and not the other way around. – juergen d Mar 3 '13 at 2:14
Ohh ok! Thank you, I didn't know that, clearly. I get it now. – TronicZomB Mar 3 '13 at 2:15
Tag creation needs 500 reputation. Info – hjpotter92 Mar 3 '13 at 2:17
@BackinaFlash I thought it was 1500 on SO – TronicZomB Mar 3 '13 at 2:21
hmm, I thought that privileges were globally used on all SO sites. :-/ Apparently, not! – hjpotter92 Mar 3 '13 at 2:22
@BackinaFlash Haha no problem. – TronicZomB Mar 3 '13 at 2:23
