Meta Stack Exchange is where users like you discuss bugs, features, and support issues that affect the software powering all 158 Stack Exchange communities.

What is meta?
Here's how it works:
  1. Any Stack Exchange user can ask a question
  2. The community provides support, votes on ideas, and reports bugs
  3. Your voice helps shape the way Stack Exchange operates

Which would be the right Stack Exchange to post a question about searching for publications (more specifically about Google Scholar)?

Can you add more detail about what kind of question it would be? – Pëkka Mar 11 '13 at 9:42
the specific question would be "how to use google scholar to search key words in abstracts". Btw, if you know the answer, do not hesitate to answer =D – Thomas Mar 11 '13 at 9:44

WebApps may be your best bet (I'm not sure of this), you may want to see their faq or ask in their chatroom first.

I saw that they have the tag there (and they dont have the tag in Academia. However the tag google-scholar has been used just 5 times in WebApps – Thomas Mar 11 '13 at 10:20
