Meta Stack Exchange is where users like you discuss bugs, features, and support issues that affect the software powering all 158 Stack Exchange communities.

What is meta?
Here's how it works:
  1. Any Stack Exchange user can ask a question
  2. The community provides support, votes on ideas, and reports bugs
  3. Your voice helps shape the way Stack Exchange operates

Currently the FAQ Frequent tab's tooltip reads "questions with the most links". More accurate would be "questions linked to the most" (or "linked to most often"); "questions with the most links" sounds almost like it's a list of questions with lots of links in the question body (and why would I care about that?).

I know the actual label for that tab got an overhaul and I think tweaking the tooltip would further help one of the most confusing tab names (after that dastardly unanswered tab which means "not answered enough").

"Most frequently referenced questions"

Though I understand where you're going with this could you expand upon your answer a bit please? It's a little disconcerting... – ben is uǝq backwards Jun 18 '13 at 21:53
Sure. The "frequent" tag has questions that are most frequently referenced, so a good tooltip would be "most frequently referenced questions". – Joe Frambach Jun 18 '13 at 22:00

How about "Questions with the most inbound links"?

Are those links inbound only from that site, or from anywhere on the stackexchange network, or what? – Chris White Mar 31 '13 at 5:06
