Meta Stack Exchange is where users like you discuss bugs, features, and support issues that affect the software powering all 153 Stack Exchange communities.

What is meta?
Here's how it works:
  1. Any Stack Exchange user can ask a question
  2. The community provides support, votes on ideas, and reports bugs
  3. Your voice helps shape the way Stack Exchange operates

Because of my trackpad configuration (tap to click) and my unsteady finger in this late hour of the night, I hit the wrong button while reviewing this non-answer:

http://stackoverflow.com/review/first-posts/1773201

Of course, I flagged it right away.

My question is: I could't find a way to modify my review decision. Is there any?

No, there isn't.

All I can suggest is to do exactly what you have done; correct your mistake outside the review system.

If your fingers are unsteady at the late hour you might want to consider stopping for the day as well :-).
