Meta Stack Exchange is where users like you discuss bugs, features, and support issues that affect the software powering all 158 Stack Exchange communities.

What is meta?
Here's how it works:
  1. Any Stack Exchange user can ask a question
  2. The community provides support, votes on ideas, and reports bugs
  3. Your voice helps shape the way Stack Exchange operates

I'm unable to edit or comment on my own question, which was migrated from English Language Learners to Japanese Language & Usage.

Screenshot, describd below

The "edit" link is greyed out, and there's no "Add comment" link for the question (but there is for one of the answers).

If this is deliberate, it needs to have better documentation.

1 - the post is locked (due to rejected migration because of the close). Something weird might have happened though, a lock notice should appear I think. – Mat Mar 26 '13 at 21:51
Well, behavior seems consistent (e.g.… is in the same state: locked without a notice, but comment box available on the answer. No edit links anywhere.) Comment thing is probably a bug, and could indeed be better documented. – Mat Mar 26 '13 at 22:05
