What is meta? ×
Meta Stack Exchange is where users like you discuss bugs, features, and support issues that affect the software powering all 130 Stack Exchange communities.

Looking at the tag, it looks like 99% of the questions (of which there are approximately 100) relate to the use of the Maven () build tool.

There was only a single question I could find that was tagged with another language / framework (Zend).

Given this observation, would it make sense to rename this tag to maven-multi-module, which better classifies the questions as relating to Maven Multi-module build projects (which is a helpful classifier) OR is it better to simply update the tag wiki to reflect the purpose for this tag being directly related to Maven.

Apologies in advance if this is not an appropriate question for meta, I saw a number of similar past questions here, so it seemed like a good place to ask.

IMO, it seems like "multi-module" could mean different things in different context, but there is a very specific reason to use it for Maven-related questions.

Thanks in advance for any feedback.
