Meta Stack Exchange is where users like you discuss bugs, features, and support issues that affect the software powering all 158 Stack Exchange communities.

What is meta?
Here's how it works:
  1. Any Stack Exchange user can ask a question
  2. The community provides support, votes on ideas, and reports bugs
  3. Your voice helps shape the way Stack Exchange operates

As I understand Stack Overflow is helping organize the Apptivate.ms contest. Under Q&A on that site it basically takes Windows 8 development-related tags from SO. But is there a place to ask "meta"-Apptivate.MS questions? Is meta.stackoverflow the right place?

In particular I have the question: "Are we allowed to use Phonegap in part of the application for the contest?"

Yes. Here. You found us. We even have a tag. – Oded May 19 '13 at 21:32

I am not familiar with phonegap - is it just a compiling service? If you read the apptivate rules, terms and conditions, I don't see it mentioned. – Oded May 19 '13 at 21:35

I don't see it mention either, that's why I had the question, and now I officially asked it ;-) meta.stackexchange.com/q/180932/160880 – Alan Turing May 19 '13 at 21:40

Yes, Meta.SO (serving as the full Stack Exchange meta) is the correct place.

Use the tag for your question.
