Meta Stack Exchange is where users like you discuss bugs, features, and support issues that affect the software powering all 158 Stack Exchange communities.

What is meta?
Here's how it works:
  1. Any Stack Exchange user can ask a question
  2. The community provides support, votes on ideas, and reports bugs
  3. Your voice helps shape the way Stack Exchange operates

I accidentally posted a question without being logged in with OpenID. Is there a way to associate that question with my account?

To merge any two accounts, follow the procedure outlined on the "User Merge" help page.

If you're into URL modification, you can just go directly to http://$site/help/merging-accounts. For example,,, and so on.

@JeffAtwood 1) Does this go for each separate StackExchange site one has created separate accounts on? 2) Could I later ad the deleted account’s login to the list of logins on the account I keep? – Alfonso Mar 25 '14 at 17:59
@JeffAtwood will my reputation from both accounts add up or i will have only one accounts reputation. – Sandeep Feb 17 at 9:51
