These seem to refer to the same concept, so I suggest that be merged into .

I'd offer a concurrent proposal that circular-buffer be merged into ring-buffer. Wouldn't want users to get to one end of the tag chain and have nowhere to go... –  user7116 Sep 16 '13 at 11:29
