Meta Stack Exchange is where users like you discuss bugs, features, and support issues that affect the software powering all 158 Stack Exchange communities.

What is meta?
Here's how it works:
  1. Any Stack Exchange user can ask a question
  2. The community provides support, votes on ideas, and reports bugs
  3. Your voice helps shape the way Stack Exchange operates

This question already has an answer here:

Is there a breakdown of SO user distribution? I would like to know how many users SO gets from different countries. This query is not supported in the JSON API unfortunately.

We don't have the information, not directly. You can try – Oded Sep 25 '13 at 20:08
@Oded this is telling about visitors, OP here is after users. – Shadow Wizard Sep 25 '13 at 20:24
The proportions should be roughly the same. – Robert Harvey Sep 25 '13 at 20:28
Or perhaps more interesting, What countries have the most Stack Overflow users per capita?. – Peter Mortensen Sep 25 '13 at 21:22

Nothing official, but looks like the API does give the users location as someone wrote this: StackMaps - Interactive Maps of Stack Exchange Communities
